I am reviewing the ProSnore anti-snoring mouthpiece. This is my honest review, where I will discuss the mouth guards pros, cons and product features. If you suffer from snoring and/or sleep apnea, choosing a Mandibular advancement device might be a good option for you.
The Pro Snore is not perfect and does some have negatives. I will be talking about these, but it also is one of the better sleep apnea and stop snoring mouthpieces on the market. I will also be talking about these benefits. It may not be for all people, but if this works for you, the benefits alone will outweigh the low cost to get one of these.

How The Pro Snore Stop Snoring And Sleep Apnea Mouthpiece Works
Snoring and sleep apnea mouthpieces (Mandibular Advancement Device) adjust the lower jaw forward to keep the tongue from falling into the back of the throat. This helps prevents the tongue and tissues of the mouth from blocking the airway passage. In snoring and sleep apnea cases it may only be partially blocked, but sometimes it can become fully blocked. The pressure of air trying to move into the blocked airway, causes the tissues of the throat to vibrate. That vibration causes the sound of snoring. Also, this blockage of the airway can cause serious health issues. Not only does your sleep suffer, but many other sleep apnea and snoring side effects can occur from this problem. The ProSnore helps keep the tissues and tongue from falling into the airway, thus preventing snoring and some sleepapnea cases.
Like many of the “good” snoring mouth guards, Pro Snore safely and comfortable adjusts the lower jaw so it does not cause problems. You noticed I did say good, because there are some mouth guards out there that may cause problems like TMJ. It is important to know the good ones out there so you can make a safe and effective decision when getting one. There is no such thing as a perfect mouthpiece for snoring, and they all have their downfalls. But the benefits of the “good” ones outweigh some of these downfalls, if they end up work up working for you. I am going to get into the Pro Snore’s negatives…
ProSnore Review – Negatives of The Mouth Guard for Snoring and Sleep Apnea
- May not treat snoring and sleep apnea for all people
- May not be comfortable for all people
- Can take a few days to get use to the feel
- May only treat snoring in some cases and not sleep apnea
- Since it is custom made for you by professionals, you have to wait a couple weeks after you send your impression kit back in. This is a negative if you are looking for instant results.
ProSnore Stop Snoring Mouthpiece Review – My Final Thoughts
After doing some intense research and reading user reviews, I am concluding my ProSnore review by giving the product a B letter grade. This is a very good mouth guard for snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, but it is not perfect. It does have it’s downfalls and it may not work out for all individuals. Now that being said, it is a cost effective and beneficial snoring device if it works for you. The cost and positives alone, make it a good try.
